x20 firmware update blocks NVR from connecting
I recently updated my Decos to the latest firmware and now my NVR cannot connect. It seems none of the devices which are connected to the switch which is connected to the main Deco has access to the internet!? What can I do to resolve this? I don't think I can go back to the previous firmware?

Hi, The firmware could be downgraded via firmware recovery.
But we can try some suggestions first:
1. Please disconnect the cable(or even replace a new cable) between the switch and the main Deco X20 first, then put it back.
2. Please go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPTV/VLAN, and make sure the IPTV ID is disabled.
If the issue still exists, please connect the switch behind one of the satellite Deco X20 to check whether it works or not.
By the way, may I know the model number of the switch?
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi David
1. I have tried what you suggested and no effect.
2. IPTV is disabled.
I tried to plug the ethernet cable from the NVR direct into the main Deco, still does not work.
The switch I am using is a tp-link TL-SG105(UN) v6.
Can I do the downgrade by simply choosing the old firmware file (downloaded from here) in the web management page?
