I did not update my device a few weeks ago. 

I still have WiFi connection, and I am logged in to my account the app.

 

But I cant se my device in the app. The app asks me to proceed as if I was setting up a new wifinet.

 

What should I do? To see my device avain and perhaps get the update I missed

Hi, Welcome to the community.

Have you checked whether you are still signing into the Deco APP via email that was used to set up Deco?

Did it help to log out and sign in Deco APP again?
