Hi, my voltage regulator is not working and I want to buy a new one but I couldn't see anything because it's burned, if someone could give us the model name (wrote on it) of the voltage regulator I would be thankful.

I hate to say that, but the only chance to get an answer to your question is someone with the same device to disassemble and take a photo of the voltage regulator.

I've been in this boat before and I got nothing as a response. You should look for other channels to gather this information. You can probably contact your local tech support.
