Hi

since almost 1year im struggeling to have Deco X60 connected via PPPOE and I tried both versions 2 and 3.

 

does anyone faced this issue and what is the best solution please. 
 

firmware update or settings?

Have you checked whether you have the corrected PPPOE username and password?

Maybe you also need VLAN ID for the PPPOE service?

May I know who is your internet service provider?

If possible, you could use the computer to do a broadband connection with the same PPPOE username and password to see whether it could get internet:
