My office is a WiFi dead zone so someone at FNAC suggested I get a WiFi ranger extender but I can't get the stupid thing to work. I hope they take it back. Not happy.

Hi,

By "office" do you mean a room inside your own house where you do work or is this an office inside the building of the company you work at?

Note that Wi-Fi networks of companies usually use WPA Enterprise, which is not supported by ordinary Wi-Fi range extenders.

What is the model number of the Wi-Fi range extender you've got?
