Hi,

Please check on which channel number the wireless network is being broadcasted on in the 5 GHz band.

If you are able to change the channel number of the wireless network (is it your own Wi-Fi router?) then change it to channel number 36 and then check again if the Archer T3U Plus can find it.

Note that the TP-Link Wi-Fi dongles made for the European market cannot work with channel numbers 149 to 165.

Then unfortunately there is no way to make it work.

You would either need a phone that doesn't put the hotspot on channel 149 or above or a Wi-Fi USB dongle that can work with channels 149 and above.

TP-Link products labelled with the code "US" can find those channels, but not the ones labelled with the code "EU". There are actually some counties where both types are being sold.
