Model: Archer MR550
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230828 Rel.67674n

Hi, I have continuous restarts at 10 minute intervals.

the log shows the following every 15 seconds:

  • ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section.
  • ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section.
  • ERROR: Do not find the mcc mnc for the imsi 21422300xxxxxxx

after the above messages, after 10 minutes the following appears:

  • lte internet disconnected.lte internet disconnected.

the connection restarts and repeats the above steps again.the connection restarts and repeats the above steps again.

I don't know if it might have something to do with the fact that the phone company, Digi, now has a 5G connection. I have updated the software to the latest version but the problem continues.

thanks in advance.

Hi, you mean the LTE connection disconnects every 10 minutes instead of the router rebooting on its own, right?

It seems that you are using the beta firmware provided in this thread, was the issue exactly the same when you use official firmware?

Please follow this thread to troubleshoot first, if problem still exists, please confirm whether the same SIM card working fine and stable on other 4G devices, share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page when the internet works fine and also when the internet stops on MR550.
