Is it possible to set the IP of this deco to a static address when in this mode? The only instructions I see describing this action assume it to be in Router mode. When you follow those tinstructions he option is not available on the "Advanced" screen - using the android app.
Not sure that is quite the same thing. I can tell the router to issue the same Ip address as before via DHCP though it has to come from the allocated DHCP pool on a BTHomehub. What I would ideally like to do is configure it with a static address outside that pool. It's not clear to me why you can do that when acting as a router and not when acting as an access point. Not a big deal but make the network map look a bit messy.
