Model: XC220-G3v
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.8.0 0.8.0 v6062.0 Build 230720 Rel.48094n

I am not sure why VPN server option is not there, it is common across all TP-Link home routers . Hence please enable this feature

  @Sunshine

When you say its a ISP model then why you are selling it in retail market, as like myself lot of users purchased from retail stores / online.

Again the firmware is managed by tp-link I believe not ISP.

Hi, XC220-G3v is an ISP model, for feature requests, please contact the ISP.

Ther router is ISP capable, to have fully remote managent. But they sell is as retail ones also where you then configure both superadmin (ISP) and admin profile.

I just finished setting mine. All works as expected, except no VPN menu of any kind. Its fully advertised to have VPN - https://www.tp-link.com/es/service-provider/gpon/xc220-g3v/

They tell it has VPN (OpenVPN, IPSec, PPTP). But isn't there almost in the XC220-G3v V2.0 with firmare 1.7.0 0.8.0 v6062.0 Build 230425 Rel.24962n  (the router says no update available).

In the superadmin/ISP mode you can hide menus to the regular admin, and check it admin is allowed to change values on it. But no VPN menu there at all anyhow, and no VPN option anywhere, like on other product.

They must add it, as they sell it telling that the feature is available on the model.
