Model: Archer C80
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.13.2 Build 230824 Rel.75032n(4555)

After the firmware upgrade, parental control stopped working.
I have a blacklist websites, but a child can use any site from this list.

How I can fix it?

  @Vvet

Make sure that your child devices are not using a randomized MAC addresses - details.

If this issue has been observed after FW upgrade (it was working fine with the old FW version) you can reset the router to its factory defaults and re-configure from scratch.

If that doesn't help you can contact your local tech support for further assistance here.

I created a group of children’s devices and Internet management - On/Off works, but the limit does not work with the blacklist installed

  @Vvet maybe their devices got alternate dns rather than your router's like check dhcp settings in your router and make sure dns server must be router's gateway, as far I know.

  @terziyski randomized mac addresses won't affect parental control since archer routers give prefix ip kind of static ip to devices so even if randomized mac particular device would get same ip over and over again after reconnecting. I'm saying this because I've experimented it like I used multiple devices with randomized mac addresses they were still getting same ip addresses.

  @bharatThapa

Parental Controls got nothing to do with the device IP address. The "unique" identifier of a device is its MAC address.

If you look through the community threads you'll see plenty of those causing an override of the Parental Conreols because of a radomized MAC address.

For example check this thread or even the guide for Parental Controls configuring by entering the decice MAC address - details.
