Phenomenon Description:
The MiFi device is looping on the TP-Link logo during initialization after restarting.
Available Solutions:
1. Reset the MiFi device: Hold the reset hole for approximately 10 seconds.
2. Remove the battery, reinsert it, and attempt to turn on the device again.
3. Perform a firmware recovery: Download the relevant firmware recovery tool from the links below:

Am a bit confused - thought I was posting a fresh message, but the system logs me out when I try to create a fresh post, so apologies to all.
I have a TP-link M7350 which I'm trying to update the firmware. But the options commence at M7350 v3. Which is not my model and I need to upgrade for IT security reasons. I would also like to check if this update (am tempted to try v3, the oldest / earliest available) is possible via an iPad, or can the update only function via my Mac. Also - is the update Apple friendly?
Apologies - but I have nowhere else to turn!
