Phenomenon Description:

M7350 MiFi device is stuck on the TP-Link logo during initialization after restarting

 

Troubleshooting Suggestions:

1. Reset the MiFi device: Hold the reset hole for approximately 10 seconds.
2. Remove the battery, reinsert it, and attempt to turn on the device again.
3. Perform a firmware recovery: Download the relevant firmware recovery tool from the links below:
M7350 V3_RecoverFirmware
M7350 V4_RecoverFirmware
M7350 V5_RecoverFirmware
M7350 V6.2_RecoverFirmware
M7350 V7_RecoverFirmware
M7350 V8_RecoverFirmware


Note: Please refer to the included "readme" file in the download links for instructions on performing the firmware recovery process.

 

However, if the above suggestions do not resolve the issue, it is possible that the MiFi device is defective. In such cases, we recommend contacting the retailer from whom you purchased the device or reaching out to the local support team to inquire about warranty options.

  @Soleilsalut, j'ai un modem TP link m7350 v3 que grâce à vous j'ai pu récupérer mais quand j'essaye de mettre à jour au fichier update zip ça ne passe pas. Que faut-il faire. 

Le modem mâche normalement saufil n'y a pas de connexion même avec les APN de l'opérateur.

N.B je suis au Maroc.

What is the current firmware version of your M7350 V3? 

You mentioned there is no internet, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Dial-up->Dial-up Settings page

Hi, based on the screenshots, there is no any 3G or 4G signal received by the M7350(check the signal on the upper right side of the web interface), please try to download firmware from this website, try M7350(EU)_V3_190531 and M7350(EU)_V3_160330:

Could you kindly provide the current firmware version of your M7350 V3?

Since you've mentioned the absence of internet connectivity, it would be immensely helpful if you could share screenshots of the Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Dial-up->Dial-up Settings page.

I remind you that my problem is the following: after recovering my device I configure APN as required but the device remains disconnected.

  @Sunshine My M7350 v6.2 has suddenly started to spin in an 'initalizing' loop and won't connect. If I take the SIM card out it powers on OK. Its not the SIM as it does the same with a different SIM. 

I've tried to install the firmware update but it gives the error shown.

 

Any ideas how to fix please?
