Trying to connect Imou Bullet 2c but keep getting a connection failed message.Managed to connect by using direct Ethernet cable and manually entering the Ser No. and Safety Code but the camera Ethernet socket is not accessible on my second camera. Would like to connect without using Ethernet cable. I regret that I am not able to fully understand the T-Link leaflet and would like a step by step guide. Can anyone help please.

Hi, is there any error message when the Imou Bullet camera failed to connect to RE315?

Have you tried the WPS button on the RE315?
