i have a question

i have 2 modem router

tplink archer vr600 ac2100 support super victoring

and 

zte h188 support supper victoring which provided for free from ISP

the problem is tplink show max rate is 249 mbps

and zte show 279 mbps

there is 30 mbps variance between both

is the potential issue with tplink router

or zte show fake numbers ?
