Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.5

XE5300

 

ISP speed 500/500

 

modem: 500/500

 

main deco: 500/500

 

satelite deco: 480/48

 

please help with upload speeds. Sometimes I'll get same slow upload speeds at main deco. Restarting modem and deco network helps with main deco speed. Sometimes when moving phone from sat to main, I'll lose internet access. I have to forget network on phone to fix.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Is the satellite XE5300 connected to the main XE5300 via an Ethernet cable?

May I know who is your internet service provider?

Have you ever tried to test the speed via different speed test servers to see whether it might be related to certain servers?

By the way, did the upload speed of satellite Deco XE5300 stay on 48m/s for most of the time?
