Hi,

Suggest if Deco M4 support VLAN 802.1q tagging.

 

Also, what are the TP link models that support the 802.1q tagging ?

 

I want to the replace the ISP provided router with mesh networking. I bought Deco device with basic reading that it is capable of doin what I require. However, after buying I learnt that it is unable to set the VLAN tagging, as required by the ISP.

Hi, Deco M4 does support 802.1q tagging.

Did you need the VLAN tags for ISP internet configuration?

If yes, you could go to Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPTV/VLAN>enable Internet VLAN and choose a specific ISP profile or "Custom" to set your own profile.

I do not see the mentioned 802.1q tagging option. What are my options ? how do I resolve this?

Hi, may I know your current Deco APP version?

I can see it on my phone-IOS 3.7.11 but I don't use Deco M4. Deco X68 instead.

I have tried from Android and IPhone both for the same results (as in the screenshot provided earlier) Android app version is 3.7.14 IOS App version is 3.7.11
