XE75Pro v2 - all three lights red, but internet - started yesterday 19th March 2024
All 3 nodes are solid red, app reports no internet. Internet is working fine. System time on one node is Christmas Day 2023, but others are fine. Wired as access points to a Three Mobile 5g router.
They report via web gui that their firmware is up-to-date

@Poppy_Lucy I have had that happen a few times. The best option is to ignore the LEDs and the app unless you actually have a problem. I assume you are using the XE75Pro in router mode, which seems to be especially buggy. I have gone back to using my Fritzbox router with the XE75 Pro in AP mode. I think your case is a little bit different. It is quite like the network detection data from Deco has been blocked by the Three Mobile 5g router.
Have you set up any DNS filter rules or Access Control settings for Deco?
