If you're concerned that your public IP address (WAN port IP address) is visible from the internet then use this option:

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

Hi,

You might want to explain a bit more detailled what exactly the problem is that you are trying to solve. Otherwise people trying to help can only take guesses.

I don't know how to explain it more. The IP should be changed when using a VPN. It is not and that is the problem

You'll have to, because if you need help, we need more details about the issue to be able to suggest a solution.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

I don't know if I understand correctly, but the Internet provider is Home Telecom on MS3 Networks

dynamic IP

As a start it already would be helpful if you showed us how you determine "IP is still visible on the Internet" by posting a screenshot of what you do.

For your privacy you should party conceal any information that could identify you, like I did in the random example below.

Ok. Two things I'd like to mention.

1) The ping response time being "<1ms" in your screenshot tells me you are not pinging your router from the Internet, but from within your local network.
In this case, switching off the "Pings from WAN" option that terziyski showed in his screenshot has no effect. It will only prevent pings that are indeed coming in via the physical WAN port.

2) Earlier you mentioned something about VPN. I don't know if you mean VPN Server or VPN Client, but in case you mean VPN Client and you are wondering why you can still ping the WAN IP address of your Archer AX3000 while the VPN Client is connected, then apparently that is normal. I've just tested this with another TP-Link model and it is the same. If you want to verify that your computer's traffic is indeed routed via the VPN connection, then go to a website like WhatIsMyIP and check if the reported IP address changes to something completely different when you switch the VPN Client on.
