deco x55 is stuck in a boot loop
I just bought 3 deco x55 for my home. Yesterday one of them went offline in the app and went from being green to a still yellow light. I tried to reset it but it didn't work. i disconnected it but had the same result. i couldn't get it to go into recovery mode. can anyone help?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
You could try to use the method two-HTTP Uboot Method.
Method 1 used Deco M5/S7 for example and the original bin downloaded from the official website usually has a long file name and it will help us easlier to locate the bin file after editing the file name.
If Deco X55 is unable to get into firmware recovery mode, you might need to contact the local shop retailer for warranty service.
And Could you please leave me a message of the SN number on the Deco X55?

@Omochao i didn't try it since my model isn't listed and if i tried i think it wouldn't work since it says to change the bin file to m5 or p7

@David-TP hi, i have already tried that method but thanks anyways. I couldn't enter it in recovery mode so i'll get in contact for the warranty service. as for the sn number it's Y2390W3B00701
