Hi,

 

According to the footnote on this webpage https://www.tp-link.com/en/tether/product-list/#wi-fi-routers (scroll to the bottom)

 

" * Only Router and Access Point modes are compatible with Tether APP. "

 

You could submit a feature request to add support for Tether in WISP mode, but I fear your chances of getting this implemented would be rather slim.
