Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 220616 Rel.70089n

my device is TD-W9970 V4 and has no usb share (my device has usb on it but its not for usb sharing and its just for 4g/3g dongle)

in TD-W9970 V3 usb has share support

can i change firmware from V4 to V3?

A FW release for one HW version is not compatible with other HW versions:

" Please verify the hardware version of your device for the firmware version. Wrong firmware upgrade may damage your device and void the warranty. (Normally Vx.0=Vx.6/Vx.8 (eg:V1.0=V1.6/V1.8); Vx.x0=Vx.x6/Vx.x8 (eg:V1.20=V1.26/V1.28) "
