Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.0

After updating to the latest firmware for decos and to the latest ver of the app, the decos areshown as disconnected every other day, however in reality are working fine (green). Err=something went wrong with client list.

I have tried rebooting everything (decos and app) several times but the problem persists poping up every other day.

  @PanosMyt

Hi, welcome to the community.

If we left behind the errors on the Deco APP, did both Deco and mobile devices function properly?

Could you please share some screenshots of the error message on the Deco APP?

I noticed there are 4 Deco X50 units under your TP-link email ID. Are they wireless connected together?

And How many online clients are connected to Deco?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP Decos and mobile devices work fine. Decos are Ethernet Backhauled. Total clients not more than 12. Problem raised since last update.

  @PanosMyt

Hi, Thanks for the message.

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the APP logs:

How to submit Deco APP log

By the way, Did you use any network switch to establish Ethernet Backhaul? If yes, Can I have the model number of the switch as well?

Wait for your reply and best regards.
