Stuck in solid yellow, have updated firmware
I purchased a pack of 3 and 2 connected to my existing system without issue. The third, I have tried to reboot, to update firmware and the solid yellow light remains. Any ideas please?

Hi, Have you tried to connect this Deco to another power socket, then hold the reset pinhole for 1s to see whether it responded to the factory reset?

@David-TP hi there. Thank you for your reply, yes I did get that. When I reset using a pin it doesn't seem to react very much. I get the odd blinking yellow light and mostly solid yello.
