I bought Archer AX55 and a pair of Deco X20's.

AX55 is set-up as router with WiFi disabled. Deco X20's are set-up in access point mode. Everything works fine.

Should I keep the WiFi on AX55 disabled or is there a way to make AX55 and X20's work together in regards to WiFi?

Deco mesh is a different technology and it's not compatible with Easymesh (AX55) - details.

Your setup is as it seems to be, but if you want to cover more area with AX55 you can enable its wireless radio set with same SSID as on Deco.
