TL-MR6400 when checking for firmware updates, "Internet is unavailable."

Model: TL-MR6400
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220506 Rel.57555n
I have a TPLink TL-MR6400, and when I try to check for updates by going to "Advanced" tab, followed by "System tools" -> "Firmware Upgrade", when I click on the "Check for Upgrades" button, I get an error with " Internet is unavailable."

The internet is available as I've posted this message from a tab right next to the router's configuration page, as shown in the screenshot I've attached.

I also get the "Internet is unavailable" error when I go to the "Dynamic DNS" page, even though I have a working internet connection (i.e., I have this very same page opened on the tab next to it).  See screenshot below.

Hi, as your model is TL-MR6400 V5.3, if it is EU version, you may try to upgrade the latest firmware manually. Download for TL-MR6400 V5.3
