XE75 Pro - DMSS / Dahua Intercom ‘can’t accquire configuration’
Hi All,
Updated my router to the Deco. I have DMSS and I can see and action my security cameras but I have no connection to my Dahua gate intercom. When it was installed they ran a line from the gate to the house. In the App it's on channel 01. I think it needs to connect separately? Any feedback

Can you see the Dahua Intercom show up in the online list of Deco APP?
"When it was installed they ran a line from the gate to the house", Do you mean the Intercom was connected via an Ethernet cable to get internet access?
Have you tried to add the intercom to the DMSS APPvia the user manual here:
