Firmware Version:

My Archer T2U AC600 v3 is not able to establish connection to 5GHz band to any of my dual band routers. With proper and latest drivers installed in windows and linux it just does not connect to the 5GHz band. However the connection to 2.4 GHz band is effortless.

I have tried on Genexis Earth dual band ONU, DIgisiol DG-WM840AX and Digisol DG6821.

Hi, is your Archer T2U EU version?

It is suggested to change the 5GHz wireless channel on the host routers, such as channel 36~48.

PS: the EU version adapters don't support band 4 of 5GHz(channel 149-165)

Thanks David for the reply. I am from India and bought the device here from amazon.in. As suggested I have already tried all the channels from 36-48 but was not able to connect.
