KE100 disappeared from Tapo app
Up until today all my KE100 smart radiator valves were in the Tapo app, but today they disappeared... I can't seem to add them back. What's going on?

@Johnpigg To all with "disappeared" KE100 support: either install old version 3.2.808 or/ and open a ticket by TP Link. Some specific adjustments were then made to my TP Link Account (ID). Since then, full KE100 support again (also the option to add another KE100). Also in current version 3.3.513

Take a look @aroedl this is an "old" issue, since version 3.2.974
And as I wrote above: the adjustments made by TP Link to my account fix the issue also in actual version 3.3.513

I know! I did some serious debugging until I found the solution.

I did that the last time when it happened. Didn't go well, because the local support can't do anything except forwarding it to the technical team. Never heard back.
My solution was to wait it out and use the old version in the meantime.

@aroedl TP Link Support has escalated my case to the senior engineers team. They made the adjustments to my account and since then it works also in 3.3.513
