Archer VR2100 vs WD4TB on NTFS
Hello,
I'm using router Archer VR2100 form few years,
I had connected hard drive WD 4TB with one NTFS partition to it for a long time,
From few weeks I have a new problem with it,
Drive is connected (as it was before), router can "see it", identify as WD Elements 2621, 3,6TB but... Aveliable 0,0 GB
If I will go to "drive shearing" it also shows that I can share 0GB
Of course I have connected hard drive directly to computer and it works without any problem - free space on drive 2,7TB
Maybe somebody have some ideas what can be the problem here?
It is something similar to topic

Ok, that could be the case but would then the same effect was when I connect drive to pc directly?
When I have try that connection - drive works normally, without any problem,
All data was there,
I was thinking about power level
Is it possible that voltage level on usb port in router is too low?
I understand that all electronical devices are waring out so maybe that could be the problem?
I thought that maybe I should buy usb connector with external power supply - what do You think?

Hi,
Active USB hub have resolve the issue - so the problem was with limitation of power output from original USB connector in router,
Easy to fix - all equipment works,
Thanks for support,
Best Regards

I have tryed this firmware and still no effect,
This is what I have when I open "USB Devices"
Simultaneously i have this on main "Network map"
And the most strange thing - it works normally few weeks ago...

I could only assume but probably something has gone wrong while using the HDD - power outage, wrongly recorded data, etc.
If that's the case reformatting the HDD probably may help.
