Deco - Parental Control - no more history available
Devices online still visible on Parental Control View
However no history avaiable. All history pages are blank from 7 May on
Have rebooted it all many times. But History still blank/empty.

Since the attached picture is about the Reports>Parental control, If you go under a specific parental control profile, can you view any insight history, such as:

This is not exactly the same App interface than in your example but I believe it is the same pb
* Parental Control is active
* Profiles are well set up and active
* through the profiles we can see who is active and how many devices are online
* but no history is available or recorded
* this have been working fine for years and stopped the day I mentioned in the previous post

Can I have the ticket ID number of the APP logs, such as TKID24023xxxx?
I didn't find any logs under your community registration email so I think the Deco M9 Plus might be bound to another email.

History is all empty. It used to work ok.
