Tp link qos down bandwidth control not showing
The download speed setting does not appear on the QoS section of the modem interface page I am using. Only the upload limit is visible

It seems like a firmware glitch. Have you tried updating to the latest version? Sometimes that resolves such issues and these issue can be solve by garage door.
