Your product information say support IPv6 but No any UI to config and mange key section, i.e.,IPv6 Firewall Rules. if it does not have IPv6 Firewall Rules feature, It will be useless with IPv6. becouse It's block any things and I can't do any things with them.

Hi, thanks for posting your request again.

May I confirm the country version of your router? You can check on the bottom label of the router. If it is EU, please try to upgrade firmware manually.

You can download latest firmware from our global official website

I'm in thailand. The country version of my router is US. Can I use EU firmware? 

 

I notice this note in your web.

 

Note 1:

The firmware of EU and US are different hardware versions, do not use each other's firmware to upgrade your device.

 

What should i do for this case?
