Adding an additional Deco M5 to an existing network.
I have installed a Deco Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi Network in my home. I am now trying to add an additional Deco m5 satelite unit.
When I log in to the App and press the '+' symbol the only option I get is "Create Network". There is no option to "add additional unit".
What can I do?

Hi, I noticed the current Mesh system “Vincent 1” was offline, and how about the LED light on the main Deco? Is it still solid green?
By the way, is the previously installed Mesh system also Deco M5?
I think you might need to wait for the main Deco to get online, then add the extra Deco M5 unit.

Hi, Welcome to the community.
I could think of the following two possibilities and maybe you could help me check them one by one:
1. the current login email ID is the manager account, not the owner account( the email address is used to set up the Deco for the first time).
2. Please make sure you are currently connected to the Wi-Fi of Deco M5.
---You could try to turn off the mobile data and VPN connection if they have been enabled.

@V-B_1 What's your Deco app version? The latest version is 3.7.54 (Android) and 3.7.55 (iOS)

I am using a Samsung Galaxy 10 Android phone and I have updated to the latest version of the Deco App
in the playstore which is Ver. 3.7.34. I tried to install Tp Link Deco Ver 3.7.54 and response was 'already installed'.
Any other suggestions please......??

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
3.7.54 is an early access version for Google Play testers and the official version is still 3.7.34 for Android.
Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log?
Can I also have a screenshot that there is only "Create Network", and no option to "add additional unit"?
If possible, could you please delete the Deco APP and install it again on the Samsung Galaxy 10?
(Uninstall the Deco APP will not remove the current network configuration on the Deco APP)

Tried deleting the app by going into settings- Apps-Deco- uninstall (no delete option) and reinstalling it again. Ver 3.7.55 came up again.
Pressed the '+' option just got 'Create network' again
