Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.
According to your log and message, the Dynamic IP dialing is not working and the ISP is not replying to the DHCP Offer message,
It is suggested to contact the ISP to confirm whether the Dynamic IP service is normal. Also, please confirm whether the internet connection type is Dynamic IP or PPPoE, and whether a VLAN ID is needed.
