The telephony always stops working and you have to restart it for it to work again. There is a solution?

  @David-TP Hi.

My SIM carrier is Vodafone. But after the restart the telephony works perfectly.
I haven't tried setting it to 4G only, also because it would make the router less useful.
However, after the latest firmware update it seems that the phone module is stable. In fact, it's been working fine for a week.
If the defect recurs, I will write to the support address,as suggested by you.

Many thanks.

  @Furgi

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know who is your SIM carrier?

Did it help if we temporarily switched the network mode to "4G only"?

If you could constantly reproduce this issue, It is suggested to send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with Subject [Forum ID] 669264 Defective telephone function with the following details:

1. Please add some screenshots of your telephony/VOLTE configurations on the Deco APP.

2. Please log into the web UI and save a copy of the system log when telephony stops working.

How to log into the web-based interface of my Deco

Wait for your reply and best regards.
