Devices wont connect to network

Hi - we recently installed a tplink router and Deco, and some devices will not connect ot the network.

- Nintendo switch - I can see it on the Deco as connected, but teh device says it won't connect to the network

- Sonos - I have two devices connected, but my other 3 decives won't find thework or the other devices that are connected.

- My pool cleaner can't find the network.

What can I try?

Hi, May I know the model number of your TP-link router as well?

What is the operation mode on the Deco X50, Wireless Router or Access Point?

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Enable UPNP under Deco APP>More>Advanced>NAT forwarding.

2. Turn off "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" on the Deco APP>More>Advanced.

3. Please enable the IOT network for 2.4GHz only another SSID and check whether the pool cleaner can detect the IOT network.
