Archer AX1500 Problem "WAN port stellt imm wieder ab mit Starlink"
Hallo

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.
May I confirm the hardware and firmware version of your router?
What is the internet speed provided by Starlink?
What is your network topology and what kind of Ethernet cable you used to connect the router?

Hi. My Hardware Version is Archer AX12 v1.0 and Firmware is 1.1.21 Build 20231127 Rel. 47645(5553)
Starlink make more the 200 Mbit/s sometimes 300 and more.
Hope you can help me. I think im Not the only one who has this Problem. I Connect the Starlink over a Ethernet Adapter (Dishy v2 Original cable to RJ45 T568B Adapter Rev 2.0) directly to the WAN Port of my AX12. I have a Kat.6 cable. When the Router was New, a few weeks ago, it works perfecttly with autosense.
Thanks, cheers marc

Hi, sorry for the confusion. I sent you message about updating firmware before, did you receive it?
There is newer firmware on the official website than your current one, it is suggested to update your firnware manually first following this FAQ.
And you mentioned another thread, for your situation, when you change into 1000Mbps full duplex, can you see any error message showing on the web inteface? If any, please share the screenshot.
That is very important for us to next confirmation.
I noticed you use German, so it is suggested to contact local technical support for more fluent communication, especially for warranty confirmation.
Thanks for your understanding.
