Hi Support:

What is the timeframe for blocking unrecognised mac addresses from connecting to the network? I have seen requests like this in the past and it is quite hard to be constantly blocking devices that randomise mac addresses. This prevents me from implementing parental controls on my childrens devices.

@Vinsee Access control feature is currently available only on Deco X50, X55, XE75_V1 and X20/X60_V4

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

Thanks  @ImtiazAli so you're saying what I need is Access control.

I have an XE75 (I assume its v1) but there's no Access Control in the Deco iPhone app.

Hardware details:

Deco XE75

Firmware version: 1.3.2 Build 20240119 Rel 39178

  @Vinsee

Hi, I think you could try to install the firmware here:

Deco XE75_V1_1.4.0 supports Matter, Wi-Fi Access Control, ECO Mode and More.

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP thanks but I dont think that version is available in Australia, it will void my warranty. Any idea when this will be released for us?
