Hi,

 

Trying to get internet with my smart TV Sony Bravia XR 55A80J with thé TP link router 4G Archer MR400.

 

Hardware version : Archer MR400 v4.3 00000003

Firmware version : 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230511 Rel.58510n

 

I can connect to the router network and accessing to the admin interface using Ethernet and WiFi.

 

But have no internet.

 

I already test and it works with all other devices (laptop with ethernet and wifi, and smartphone using wifi).

 

Any help pls. Thank tou

Hi,

 

Please check Internet IP address on Status page, if there is only IPv6 address, but no IPv4 address, please try to change the profile or create a profile manually to use IPv4 only.

Hi,

Was the TV working normally before with the router? Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

 

1. Check if there is any advanced settings like access control which may cause this issue.

2. Can your TV work normally with other Wi-Fi? Please make sure there is no special settings on the TV like static IP.

3. Change DNS settings here: Advanced>Network>LAN Settings. Please change the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4.

 

If the issue persists, please also provide the results.

  @Sunshine 

 

1- no specific setting on the TV and router Access control.

2- the TV works very well with other wifi and ethernet, even using the same 4g shared from my phone.

3- I already set the Google DNS, doesnt work neither.

Fixed thank you ! My settings was "IPv6 and IPv4". I forces it to only "IPv4" and it works. Tested using ethernet.
