Hi

I am not sure if it has anything to do with it but since I subscribed to Deco Home Security my Sonos and Chomecast do not connect. My Sonos amp is constantly listed as offline and while Chromecast is online it doesn't connect to Google home.

I had a few dropouts with Sonos mostly since I moved to Deco x20. Before, using just the ISP router, all devecis and Sonos were rock solid.

Any way to solve these connection issues.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

I disabled the home security and it didn't help. I am also using the ISP router and its wireless is on. To fix the issue, once and for all I hope, I disabled my ISP router's wirelss and factory reset both Deco and Sonos devices. Now everything is working properly and quicker than before.

Hopefully I won't get these drop-offs again, mostly from Sonos.

Thanks

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.

If we temporarily disable the web protection/intrusion prevention/IOT protection, will the Sonos and Chromecast stay online?

Do you still keep the ISP router and connect Deco X20 behind the ISP router?

"My Sonos amp is constantly listed as offline and while Chromecast is online it doesn't connect to Google home."

Did you monitor the network status through the Deco APP>Online Client list?

Wait for your reply and best regards.
