Hello,

 

I am having issue as I was trying to activate the feature sync light with music. Apparently from the app, it seems working (myc authorization is working fine) but lights doesn't swith on. If I have lights switch on and I try to sync them to music, they switch off.

In any other ways, lights are working (effects, preset colour etc).

I have already read the following instructions and the requirements are fulfilled. What should I do?

Is the music played through external speakers? Are headphones being used?

 

Make sure your phone is under the same WiFi network as the light strip.

Hi,

 

I tried both music via Alexa and on my phone. No headphones.

I confirm that the wifi is the same.

Try to ping the light strip's IP (any network tool app with the ping feature) with your phone under the home WiFi, check if there is any error.
