Hi All,

I purchased the Archer MR200router today. And installed a sim card. When I connect through WiFi with the router with my laptop, all is working ok, and I do have internet.
But the moment I want to connect my phone to the WiFi, I can connect to the internal WiFi network but the phone will display a warning that there is no internet

connection. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi Peter,

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Let the phone forget the network and then connect back.

2. If you are connecting to 2.4G WIFI, please also try 5G WIFI as well.

3. Check if there is any advanced settings like Access Control.

4. Check Internet IP address on Status page, if there is only IPv6 address, no IPv4 address, please try to change the profile or create profile manually to use IPv4 only.
