Hi, I purchased a three set of Deco M4's with the hope of solving my Virgin Media WiFi issues. Unfortunately, it has made the situation far worse.

At the moment all the Deco M4 units have a solid red light every morning. I then have to forget the network and set them up again every day.

As you can imagine, this is extremely frustrating and is making me regret purchasing them.

Is there anything anyone can do to help?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you tried to set Virgin Media hub as the main router/DHCP server(with WiFi disabled), then connect Deco M4 behind in AP mode as the wireless access points?

The wireless network should still be a Mesh system when Deco is in AP mode.

How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode
