Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Archer AX1500 supports Easymesh Ethernet Backhaul, but RE305 only suppports Easymesh wireless backhaul. So they can set up Ea
symesh wireless backhaul.

If you insist on Easymesh with ethernet backhaul you could use RE315 for this purpose - it supports this feature already.

To create a mesh network with the AX1500 and RE305, ensure both devices support EasyMesh. Check for firmware updates on TP-Link's official site; as of now, EasyMesh support might not be available for these models without specific firmware updates.
