I've been paying for all of the premium services for Deco since I got them for some reason, because it's been extremely limited and hardly ever works. One thing that I notice is that the "most used apps" under parental controls is ALWAYS blank, I've never once seen anything in it. Am I doing something wrong or missing something I should be doing?

Also please show us full lists of stuff instead of things like top 5 or 10. Or at least give us 25 or 50... I go back and look at what my kids have been doing or trying to do and I see most of the top sites are just sites that are accessed extremely frequently due to their nature of serving content, ads or are trackers.

So his top sites last month are Apple  (due to his phone connecting to iCloud etc - all calls to Apple's site to service phone background processes)... then gstatic which I believe is what serves Google's content like images and results... and googleapis, same thing basically... and then Bitdefender (antivirus checking for updates every hour or two)... and Microsoft — which is windows doing the same thing.

sorry I had to remove the end of those sites because while tp-link doesn't help to monitor my kids it complains about me saying certain things as an adult to other adults lol...

anyway. The top site list above-

This all tells me nothing, while the actual sites he goes to are nowhere to be seen. They're shifted down past the top 5-10 naturally.

Block history is almost always blank- probably because I've seen some things in his browser history that snuck right on past the Deco... so you have to actually block stuff to have it show on the list I guess lol.

I don't mean to be so negative here but you guys charge a lot for these services and they barely do anything — and that's a common complaint I see here, so it's not just me.

so back to the original question- why doesn't it ever show anything in the apps section?

  @YourStupid

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the APP log:

How to submit Deco APP log

When you submit the APP log, can you also add some screenshots of the parental control configuration and the insight history where there is no record of “most used apps” and "Block History"?

Wait for your reply and best regards.
