Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.23

I ask your help to find out why my RE300 device is not indicated in the Tether application as a cloud device. It is local only. The router in the my home network is an Archer AX10. there is another range extender, a RE505X which I did not have issue so far.

Thank you for any help in advance.

Hi,

 

It is because you have not bound it to your TP-Link ID. Tether APP>Tools>TP-Link ID
