Hi, 
Is there any issue from Deco's cloud system? 
My Deco X20 could not provide Internet connection since about 10 hours ago. 

Using the same Internet modem, my other WIFI system is working well. But, for the Deco wifi, although my mobile, iPhone and iPad all connected to X20 via wifi, none of them has internent connections. 

I have rebooted my X20 many time, and still no luck. 

 

WIFI is working. App sometimes working sometimes not. It shows "Everything is fine". But, no wifi device can use Internet. Guest WIFI allows all devices to connect via WIFI, but no Internet either. 

 

Any one has similar issue in Australia, NSW, Sydney area?

Hi

 

If the Deco light is green, it is recommended that you refer to the following link to change the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4:
