Our deco upstairs constantly pulsing green. The other two solid. Everything on dashboard suggests working fine. According to guide, pulse green means its downloading firmware. But it's been more than 24 hrs now

May I know your model number of Deco?

Are you still able to detect this satellite unit on the Deco APP? And will you have internet service when connecting the mobile phone to this satellite Deco?

And yes I can detect it, but the wifi symbol going from ‘living room’ deco to the ‘study’ deco (the one that keeps pulsing) is not lit green on the app. Whereas symbol between the ‘foyer’ deco (the one connected to router) and ‘living room’ deco is lit green on the app
