Hi

We were struggling for a signal out the back of the house so have purchased and installed an RE365 on a Plusnet router.

The phone is now showing two available network SSIDs, the original and the original_EXT.

So connecting to the EXT SSID seems to have improved the signal out the back of the house but what happenes now at the front of the house?

Should the phone switch back and forth between the two SSIDs?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but struggling to understand how the extender improves things.
