May I confirm some information to understand your situation?

1.What is your network topology and bandwidth you subscribed?

2. Does speed limit function not work only on certain device or all your devices?

3. Please share the screenshot of your speed limit settings on the web UI page and the screenshot of speed test result using speedtest.net on your device (sharing model as well)

1 my isp is stc ( saudi telecom company) and my speed is 300 

2 it does not work on any device

Hi, thanks for your update.

May I confirm how many clients you have?  Please share the model and OS of them separately.

We can see you have Xiaomi and Samsung smart phone, please check whether you enabled random MAC on all your devices, and disable it if you did.

Then when you do speed testing, please have a look at Real-time Rate, you may take a screenshot at the same time.

And the router works as wireless router mode, right?
